In Core Studio, we started using Illustration and I was really really excited about it.(new stuff, yay!)

We learned about Vector Image, not a raster (photo/pixelized) image, which won’t be pixelized even though you zoom in a lot.

it is always cool to learn new stuff..

we had to chose black and white photo, so I chose one of the scene from star wars and made it black and white photo.

.. I want to watch them again.:’(

we had to create 3 vector images and put colors.

my first vector image:

star wars1

I used complementary colors to experience with some colors on illustrator.

it looks very amateurish..because I did not know what  I was doing..

second vector image:

starwars 02

I used bluish color for the Jedi and red for background which can be symbolized as they are in dark force place.

I thought I used blue color but when I printed out, it came out with purplish color..which was bummer.

oh well, at least it looks better than the first one.(I think?)

my third vector Image:

star wars3

I have to say this is my favorite one..haha

when I was struggling with choice of colors,

I remembered playing Star Wars Lego on play station 3 with my sister..

I know they were not yellow lego people in the game but I wanted them to be yellow.

ha, maybe now they looks like people from The Simpson I guess.

so I put lego logo on the top to make it funny.

I found it funny. Does anyone think it’s funny? haha.

it was good experience using Illustrator..

I hope I would get comfortable using that program soon.
